Are there any setup or connection fees for business nbn® plans?

National PC offers $0 standard connection fees for business nbn®. Additional charges may apply for new developments or custom installations, which are disclosed before order confirmation.

Can I use my existing modem or router with National PC's business nbn®?

Yes, if your modem is nbn® compatible and not locked to another provider, National PC can help reconfigure it for business Internet  nbn® service.

If your router is locked to your provider, then you may need to purchase one. National PC offers a great range of routers to suit your business needs, nbn® technology type and speed tier. The router would be yours to keep and not locked to us.

An nbn service can never go faster than the maximum line speed available at your premises, so for FTTN/B/C customers we will confirm your maximum attainable speed after connection and let you know if your line is not able to achieve the maximum speed of your plan. 

The nbn® tier figures represent wholesale maximum network speeds during off-peak periods. The nbn®  tier figures and ‘typical busy period speeds’ are not measures of customers’ actual in-premises speeds, which may be slower. Not all customers receive these speeds. In some cases, the nbn® tier figures and the typical busy period speeds are similar.
